At Alexandre Birman, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted footwear; if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unworn, pristine items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original Alexandre Birman dust bags and designer box, ensuring all protective packaging is intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
